Raised in Victoriaville, Jonathan began his ultimate fighting training at the age of 20 at Team Legion (Steve Claveau). After getting beat up in a club where he used to work as a doorman, he promised himself that it would never happen again. He now practices mix martial arts disciplines such as Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing and wrestling. Goulet became a professional fighter on December 16th 2001 when participating at the UCC Proving Ground 2. He then made his successful debut at the Ultimate Fight Night 2 on October 3rd 2005 when defeating Jay Hieron by technical knockout. Determined, Goulet doesn’t stop for a minute.
